Atlanta’s first $2M+ townhouses outside Buckhead are bound for Ansley Park

Tucked off The Prado, a few lots west of Atlanta Botanical Garden, some of the priciest new townhouses this city has ever seen are coming to market.

Taking cues from European villages, the shingle-roofed offerings—designed by Pritchett + Dixon, with Mike Hammersmith on board as builder—are commanding at least $2.3 million so far. Here an article on Best Shoes For Roofing – Reviews & Comparison.

Crack research indicates not a single Atlanta townhouse south of Buckhead priced north of $2 million has been built or sold in recent years—and possibly ever.

The custom project, called The Residences of Park Lane, will serve up four townhouses, each with elevators, cutting-edge home automation and security, heated bathroom floors, 10-foot ceilings, and Thermador and Bosch appliances, among other perks, per the listing.

Exact sizes aren’t specified, but each dwelling will have four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms.
